This Media Release gives GMA Focus, LLC ("GMA Focus") permission to use photographs and video captured by GMA Focus for the purposes described below.
This release is intended for athletes, families, performers, teams, organizations, and other individuals participating in GMA Focus photography or media coverage.
I understand that GMA Focus may photograph or record me and/or the participant identified below during games, practices, events, media days, performances, activities, or other sessions covered by GMA Focus.
I grant GMA Focus permission to use photographs and video in which I or the participant appear for: GMA Focus website content, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X), promotional materials, marketing and advertising, digital and printed flyers, reels and videos, player/team/event highlights, Athlete Spotlights, portfolio and sample work, and other legitimate GMA Focus business and promotional purposes.
No additional compensation will be owed for these uses.
GMA Focus may create original artwork, graphics, promotional designs, posters, player cards, digital composites, advertisements, social media graphics, or other creative works using photographs captured by GMA Focus. A photograph may be incorporated into a larger creative design and may be visually altered, enhanced, cropped, combined with other photographs or graphics, or otherwise transformed as part of an original GMA Focus creative work.
Creative Artwork Election — select one:
GMA Focus may use computer-assisted, machine-learning, or artificial intelligence ("AI") tools as part of certain photography, editing, design, production, or creative workflows — including image editing or enhancement, background creation or replacement, creative effects, graphic design, artistic transformations, and other production processes.
AI use does not necessarily mean that a person's identity, likeness, or photograph is being used to train an AI model. AI-assisted production and AI model training are separate matters.

I understand that approved photographs, artwork, graphics, videos, and promotional materials may be publicly displayed on GMA Focus's official online platforms, including gmafocus.com, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Content may be shared, reposted, displayed in galleries, included in promotional campaigns, or incorporated into future GMA Focus promotional materials.
GMA Focus does not guarantee that content shared publicly on social media can be completely removed from the internet after publication, including copies, screenshots, shares, reposts, or downloads made by third parties.
I understand that I may contact GMA Focus and request that a photograph, artwork, graphic, video, or other promotional content featuring me/the participant be removed from a GMA Focus-controlled website or social media account. GMA Focus will review reasonable removal requests and, when appropriate, remove the requested content from platforms and accounts under GMA Focus's control.
Removal requests may be submitted by contacting GMA Focus directly.
I understand that photographs captured by GMA Focus and original artwork, graphics, composites, promotional designs, and other creative works created by GMA Focus remain the property of GMA Focus, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. This release grants permission for the uses described above and does not transfer ownership of GMA Focus's photographs, artwork, designs, or other intellectual property to the participant.
I understand that the use of photographs, video, artwork, graphics, or other media under this release is promotional and/or editorial in nature and that I/the participant will not receive additional compensation, royalties, or other payment for such use unless separately agreed to in writing.
